Local café, bar and restaurant il postino can add another feather to its cap after winning an award in the Restaurants & Catering NSW’s Savor™ Australia Awards for Excellence in 2010. Amongst four other strong finalists, il postino took the coveted title of ‘Best New Restaurant’ for the entire Northern NSW region.

This a great feat for the team at il postino who had only recently celebrated their first anniversary. Since they opened in June 2009 il postino have been serving fresh, modern Italian-inspired food in the beautifully renovated heritage building of the old post office.
